Working with Olga Zarr has been a fantastic experience for my English school. She really knows her stuff when it comes to SEO and has helped us grow our online presence in ways I didn’t think were possible. What I appreciated most was how she took the time to understand our school, our audience, and what we wanted to achieve.
Olga’s advice was clear, practical, and easy to follow, and the results speak for themselves – more traffic, more inquiries, and more students! She’s also super responsive and genuinely cares about her clients’ success. If you’re looking for someone who will take your SEO seriously and actually deliver, I can’t recommend Olga enough.
Marek Kosinski, noProblem School of American English
I’ve worked with several SEO specialists over the years, but Olga Zarr stands out by a mile. Her advanced SEO tactics are unlike anything I’ve seen before – she has an uncanny ability to pinpoint what’s really holding your site back and implement strategies that actually move the needle. She doesn’t rely on cookie-cutter solutions; her approach is both innovative and laser-focused.
What impressed me most was her deep knowledge of local SEO. For a school like ours, attracting students from specific areas is critical, and Olga helped us dominate local search results.
Olga’s expertise goes beyond surface-level fixes – she digs deep, explains everything clearly, and delivers tangible outcomes. If you’re looking for someone to truly transform your SEO, Olga is the person to call. She’s a true expert in every sense of the word.

Why do clients choose me as their SEO consultant?
I don’t run ads or aggressively market my SEO consulting services. Every client I’ve worked with found me through my content, industry reputation, or word-of-mouth. Over time, I’ve noticed clear patterns in why businesses seek my expertise. Here are the most common reasons:
- Disappointment with Previous SEO Providers. Many clients come to me after bad experiences with SEO agencies or so-called SEO experts who overpromised and underdelivered. They want an SEO consultant who provides full transparency, real SEO strategy, and results—not just long reports filled with fluff. I often conduct SEO analysis to assess what (if anything) was done and how to move forward effectively.
- Failed Website Migrations. A poorly executed website migration can cost businesses significant traffic and revenue. Clients reach out when they need an SEO specialist to diagnose migration mistakes, recover lost rankings, and ensure future site changes are handled correctly.
- Sudden Traffic Drops. A sharp decline in organic traffic can be alarming. Clients turn to me to perform in-depth SEO consulting services, identifying the root cause—whether it’s a Google algorithm update, technical issue, or lost backlinks—and developing a plan for recovery.
- Planning a Website Migration. Businesses planning a major redesign or platform switch know they need an SEO professional to oversee the transition and prevent ranking losses. I manage the entire migration process, from technical SEO to structured data implementation, ensuring a seamless shift.
- Traffic Loss After a Google Core Update. Recovering from a Google core update requires deep expertise in search engine optimization. Clients who’ve lost rankings hire me to analyze their site, pinpoint weaknesses, and implement a recovery strategy.
- Ongoing Monthly SEO Consulting. Some businesses understand that SEO is an ongoing process and need a trusted SEO consultant for continuous optimization. My monthly SEO consulting services ensure they stay competitive in search rankings, with strategies that adapt to algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Comprehensive Website Audits. Many clients hire me for in-depth SEO audits to uncover technical, on-page, and content-related issues. My audits provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve rankings and organic search performance.
- SEO for New Websites. Launching a new website without an SEO strategy is a missed opportunity. Clients hire me to ensure their site architecture, keyword research, and content strategy are optimized from day one.
- Optimizing Older Websites. Businesses with outdated websites that have never focused on SEO optimization seek my expertise to unlock organic traffic growth and compete with modern competitors.
- Learning SEO from Me. Many clients follow my work and want to learn SEO strategy and best practices directly from me. While I no longer offer one-on-one mentorship, I invite them to join my SEO Audit Mastery Course to gain expert-level skills.

Why do my SEO clients achieve success?
Not every business sees instant SEO success. But the clients who have worked with me and achieved remarkable growth all have a few things in common. Here’s why they succeeded:
They trusted my expertise. They didn’t second-guess my strategies. If I recommended a change, they implemented it—knowing that every decision was based on years of SEO consulting experience and data-driven analysis.
They understood SEO is a long game. They didn’t expect overnight rankings. SEO takes time—sometimes 12 to 18 months—before the momentum builds. The clients who committed long-term have now been with me for 4+ years, seeing continuous growth.
They gave me full control. Some clients handed over complete access to their websites, trusting me to do whatever was necessary to improve their organic search performance. Their only concern was getting more leads and conversions.
They were open to change. Even when my recommendations seemed drastic or unfamiliar, they followed through. Just like trusting a doctor, they understood that SEO requires expertise they didn’t need to master themselves.
They acted on recommendations quickly. Whether it was technical SEO fixes, site structure optimizations, or content creation, they implemented my advice without unnecessary delays.
They prioritized content. They committed to content marketing and produced high-quality, optimized content in the volumes I suggested—targeting high-value keywords that actually drive traffic.
They embraced new solutions. Some had rigid content workflows, like banning AI tools, but they adapted. A team that initially resisted AI-driven content creation ended up using a custom GPT I developed—allowing them to produce 10x more optimized content.
They focused on traffic and revenue—not vanity metrics. They didn’t obsess over search rankings for obscure keywords or minor fluctuations in website analytics. Instead, they trusted me to focus on ROI-driven SEO strategies that bring real business results.
They invested in supporting strategies. They understood that SEO success isn’t just about rankings. They were willing to invest in SEO PR campaigns, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and branding strategies that indirectly boosted their search visibility.
They let me push boundaries. Many of my approaches aren’t standard—and that’s exactly why they work. My most successful clients were okay with me implementing advanced SEO optimizations that others hadn’t even heard of.
They respected my time and listened. Instead of jumping to conclusions or clinging to outdated SEO beliefs, they asked questions, listened to explanations, and trusted the SEO consulting process.
And ultimately, they succeeded because I know what I’m doing—and I execute SEO strategies that work. LOL.

Why some clients don't see results?
I wish every client saw a perfect upward trend in organic traffic and rankings. But that’s not always the case. Some clients struggle to achieve success—here’s why:
- They Expected Overnight Results. SEO isn’t a quick fix. Some clients expected results within weeks, refusing to commit to the 12-18 months often needed for sustainable growth. Many left before the SEO strategy could take effect, never giving it a real chance.
- They Blocked Critical SEO Actions. Instead of trusting my expertise, they second-guessed every move, delaying or rejecting necessary optimizations that could have improved their site’s visibility in search engines.
- They Ignored My Recommendations. Some clients wanted results but refused to implement the SEO guidance I provided. SEO doesn’t work if keyword research, content updates, and technical fixes are ignored.
- They Made Unauthorized Website Changes. Without informing me, they removed content, altered key pages, or even broke their website. Some issues were reversible, but others caused long-term damage to their search rankings.
- They Obsessed Over Rankings Instead of Strategy. Constantly checking search engine rankings multiple times a day and panicking over normal volatility led some clients to make rash, unnecessary changes that hurt their site’s SEO performance.
- They Went Silent, Then Blamed SEO. Some clients disappeared for weeks or months, failing to approve or implement my recommendations. When they returned, they were frustrated about the lack of results—without realizing that SEO only works when action is taken consistently.
- They Expected Instant Results from a Technical SEO Audit. A technical SEO audit identifies issues, but technical fixes alone don’t always bring immediate growth. Unless major indexing, crawling, or structured data issues are blocking rankings, technical SEO is just one piece of the puzzle.
- They Focused on the Wrong Details Instead of prioritizing SEO strategy and keyword targeting, they obsessed over minor design tweaks or where an image should go—delaying critical optimizations that actually impact search rankings.
- They Implemented SEO in a Disorganized Way. SEO works best when executed strategically. Some clients made random changes—publishing new content one week, tweaking internal linking the next, then revising metadata—without a structured approach. This led to issues like duplicate content and cannibalization.
- They Ignored the Need for Content. Some believed SEO consulting was a magic bullet, expecting results without producing high-quality, optimized content. No matter how strong the SEO foundation, a lack of content marketing prevents growth.
- They Thought They Knew SEO Better. SEO isn’t just about optimizing title tags or adding a few internal links. Some clients altered my optimizations without understanding the reasoning behind them, ultimately sabotaging their organic search potential.
- They Panicked After a Google Core Update. Clients hit by Google algorithm updates wanted immediate fixes, expecting instant recovery before the update had even finished rolling out. SEO recovery takes planning, execution, and patience—not rushed changes based on fear.
- Website Migration Disasters. Many SEO migration issues are fixable—if addressed early. Unfortunately, some clients refused to undo the damage, despite my warnings. I’ve also seen SEO migration failures caused by clients disregarding my recommendations:
- They ignored redirects. Some failed to set up proper 301 redirects, causing massive traffic losses.
- They removed key content. They deleted valuable pages, even after I advised keeping them.
- They merged the wrong pages. Critical landing pages were combined without a clear content strategy.
- They changed URLs without SEO considerations. Restructuring a site without proper redirect mapping can tank rankings.
- They deleted half of their site post-launch. Suddenly deciding that pages were “not relevant” resulted in mass 404 errors and traffic loss.
- They deleted half of their site post-launch. Suddenly deciding that pages were “not relevant” resulted in mass 404 errors and traffic loss.
SEO success comes from trust, strategy, and execution. If you’re ready to take SEO consulting services seriously, let’s talk.

Why some clients never started working with me
Not every potential client moves forward with my SEO consulting services—and that’s okay. Here’s why some never got past the initial conversation:
They focused on rankings, not revenue. When I told them that SEO isn’t just about organic traffic and keyword rankings, but about driving clients and revenue, they didn’t want to hear it.
They had a victim mentality. Some assumed every SEO consultant was out to scam them. The moment I sense this distrust, I end the conversation—it’s a waste of time for both sides.
They had no real understanding of SEO. Instead of following a structured SEO strategy, they bombarded me with YouTube videos and blog posts about the latest “hacks” they wanted to try. SEO isn’t about chasing trends—it’s about long-term strategy.
They thought my prices were too high. Some claimed no one would pay my rates when they could hire a “SEO specialist” on Fiverr for $500. Yet, serious businesses keep coming to me, knowing their ROI will be 5x to 20x in 12–18 months.
They saw SEO as an expense, not an investment. The most successful clients understand that SEO consulting services provide long-term growth and ROI, not just a line item on a budget.
They asked for my clients’ URLs. Despite the NDAs I sign with every client, they expected me to reveal private data. That’s a red flag.
They wanted to pay after results, not before work. I’ve learned the hard way—clients who refuse upfront payments often “run out of budget” once the work is done. Now, I never make exceptions. I’ve never disappeared after receiving payment, and I always refund if a deal falls through.
They tried to extract free SEO advice. Some booked a discovery call just to get SEO strategies they could implement themselves, never intending to hire me. This is why I now only offer paid initial SEO checks.
They demanded guarantees. SEO doesn’t work like paid ads. No one can promise exact rankings or results, and anyone who does is misleading you.
They treated hiring me like a job interview. They expected me to “prove” I could do the job by running SEO tests or going through interview rounds, as if I were applying for a role in their company.
I don’t convince people to work with me. If you understand the value of expert SEO consulting, I’m here to help.

Not Every Client is a Fit—Here’s What I Expect
Over the years, I’ve refined my approach to SEO consulting and set clear boundaries to ensure successful collaborations. Here’s what I’ve learned:
I only work with clients who trust my expertise. If someone isn’t willing to follow my SEO strategy or questions every decision, we’re not a good fit.
I don’t take on clients who disrupt the process. Those who challenge my value, hesitate to implement recommendations, or fit the patterns I’ve outlined earlier don’t make it past the onboarding stage.
I don’t offer free discovery calls or custom proposals. Instead, I provide paid initial SEO checks, giving businesses the insights they need before committing to a larger engagement.
All payments are upfront. I no longer chase invoices or justify the cost of my expertise. Clients who understand the value of SEO consulting services invest without hesitation.
I charge premium prices because I deliver premium results. If someone doesn’t see the worth of working with a seasoned SEO consultant, I’m not the right choice for them.
I walk away when clients jeopardize SEO success. If a client actively undermines the strategy we’ve put in place—by ignoring recommendations or making reckless changes—I don’t give unlimited chances. Two strikes, and I step away.
I only work with those who trust my judgment. SEO is complex, and success requires a data-driven, expert-led approach. If a client isn’t willing to follow the process, it’s best we don’t work together.
If you’re serious about SEO and want to work with an SEO expert who delivers measurable results, let’s connect.
